Discrimination in the workplace is ever present and it seems
as if it is up to those being discriminated against to create change in the
workplace. It does not help that the courts have only made it harder to fight employers
due to the constricting of the definition of discrimination. This article talks
about a possible solution to make employers accountable for equal
representation, in hopes that discrimination will decrease as a result.
